Analyst Program – Data & AI Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated early-career professionals to join our Analyst Program – Data & AI Analyst track.

In this role, you will work with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to analyze data, build dashboards, and support AI and machine learning initiatives that drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Support data preparation and feature engineering for AI/ML models.
• Assist in evaluating model performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and AI projects.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Understanding of statistics and basic machine learning concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
