IT Security Operations Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Manager to lead our cybersecurity operations and protect the organization’s systems, networks, and data.

In this role, you will oversee security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance activities while partnering with IT and business teams to strengthen the overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations, including SIEM monitoring and incident response.
• Manage vulnerability assessments, patch management, and remediation efforts.
• Oversee security tools such as firewalls, endpoint protection, and IAM solutions.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and playbooks.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Mentor security analysts and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in information security, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, IAM, vulnerability management, and network security.
• Experience with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.
• Familiarity with cloud security in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
