Forward Deployed Engineer – Infrastructure Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (Infrastructure Specialist) to work directly with customers and internal teams to design, deploy, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions in real-world environments.

In this role, you will bridge engineering and customer needs, building robust infrastructure systems, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring successful deployment of production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and support scalable infrastructure solutions in customer environments.
• Design and implement cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex system, network, and performance issues in production.
• Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and constraints.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform reliability.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on expertise with Linux systems, networking, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in forward-deployed, consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Experience working in high-availability or mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks.
