Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Engineer to design and deliver scalable technical solutions for enterprise customers.
In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand technical and business requirements.
- Design end-to-end solutions using company products and platform capabilities.
- Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and implementation planning.
- Collaborate with Sales teams during pre-sales and post-sales cycles.
- Support integration of APIs, platforms, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful deployments.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4–7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and distributed systems.
- Experience with system integration and enterprise architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles.
- Knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software, or platform solutions.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance concepts.
- Experience with demo environments and solution prototypes.
