Robot Welding Machine Operator

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Robot Welding Machine Operator to operate and monitor robotic welding systems within our manufacturing and engineering operations.

In this role, you will ensure accurate welding processes, maintain production quality, and support efficient manufacturing operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic welding machines and automated welding systems.
• Set up welding parameters and machine configurations as per production requirements.
• Inspect welded components to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Report machine malfunctions and production issues promptly.
• Maintain workplace safety and proper housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing targets.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification in Welding, Mechanical, or Manufacturing disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience operating robotic welding machines or automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding processes and welding quality standards.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, steel fabrication, or engineering manufacturing industries.
• Certification in welding or robotic machine operations.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled or CNC automated systems.
