CNC Operator (Turret Machine)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator (Turret Machine) to operate and maintain CNC turret punching machines used in metal fabrication and manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will ensure accurate machine setup, quality production, and efficient operation while following engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turret punching machines according to production requirements.
• Set up tools, materials, and machine parameters for production runs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and inspect finished components for quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain production records and report operational issues.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing targets.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or CNC Machining disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience operating CNC turret or sheet metal fabrication machines.
• Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, and programming basics.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or engineering manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machine calibration.
• Familiarity with automated production systems.
