Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and reliable Heavy Bus Driver to support transportation services within the hospitality sector in Malta.
In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests, staff, or tour groups while delivering a high standard of customer service aligned with hospitality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy buses for guest, staff, or shuttle transportation services.
- Transport passengers to and from hotels, airports, and designated locations.
- Ensure punctuality and smooth travel experience for guests.
- Assist passengers with luggage when required.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bus at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Heavy Bus Driving License (Category D or equivalent recognized in Malta).
- 3+ years of experience driving buses or passenger transport vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to assist passengers when needed.
- Professional and customer-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel shuttle, or passenger transport services.
- Familiarity with Malta routes and tourist destinations.
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
