Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate all asphalt paving activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery while meeting client specifications, project schedules, and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and manage daily asphalt paving operations.
- Coordinate manpower, plant, materials, and equipment to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare daily and weekly work programmes in line with the project schedule.
- Monitor productivity, optimize resource utilization, and implement improvements where required.
- Supervise paving crews and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support successful project execution.
- Support workforce development through coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring.
Compliance & Ethics
- Comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery & Corruption policies.
- Report any suspected breaches of company policies or ethical standards.
Quality Responsibilities
- Follow Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
- Ensure all paving works comply with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable quality standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant Asphalt qualification.
- Engineering background is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in asphalt paving supervision or management.
- Mandatory experience in Dubai asphalt contracting projects.
- Strong knowledge of paving operations, productivity management, and stakeholder coordination.
