Batching Plant Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Batching Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the concrete batching plant and ensure efficient production, quality control, and delivery coordination.

In this role, you will manage plant operations, production teams, equipment performance, and safety compliance while ensuring customer requirements and operational targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily batching plant operations and production activities.
• Ensure timely production and dispatch of ready-mix concrete.
• Monitor concrete quality, plant efficiency, and operational performance.
• Manage plant staff, operators, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and project teams for delivery schedules.
• Monitor raw material inventory and production costs.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ready-mix concrete or batching plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of concrete production processes and quality standards.
• Experience managing plant operations, manpower, and fleet coordination.
• Good understanding of equipment maintenance and operational safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated batching systems and ERP software.
• Knowledge of concrete mix design and quality testing procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO, HSE, and quality compliance standards.
