Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and reliable Heavy Vehicle Driver to support transportation operations within the hospitality sector in Malta.
In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests, staff, or goods while ensuring a high standard of service, punctuality, and safety in line with hospitality industry expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy vehicles safely for hospitality-related transportation services.
- Transport guests, staff, or materials between hotels, airports, and assigned locations.
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.
- Assist passengers with luggage when required.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate trip and transport records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category C / CE or D equivalent recognized in Malta).
- 3+ years of experience as a heavy vehicle or commercial driver.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to support passenger needs when required.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel shuttle, or passenger transport services.
- Familiarity with Malta routes and tourist destinations.
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
