Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of HVAC equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support safe and reliable facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Familiarity with HVAC controls and preventive maintenance practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC/Refrigeration certification or trade license.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or facility management environments.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
