Machine Operator

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery within our engineering operations.

In this role, you will ensure efficient machine performance, maintain product quality, and support smooth manufacturing processes while following safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment.
• Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Report equipment malfunctions and production issues.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of work areas.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery.
• Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings or production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial companies.
• Familiarity with CNC, fabrication, or automated machinery.
• Forklift or equipment operation certification is a plus.
