Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor (Cold Room & Refrigeration) to oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of cold rooms, refrigeration systems, and related MEP services.
In this role, you will supervise technical teams, ensure system reliability, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cold room and refrigeration systems.
- Monitor MEP activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Inspect refrigeration equipment, piping, electrical systems, and control panels.
- Lead technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and service records.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams on technical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC/Refrigeration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in refrigeration, cold room, or MEP operations.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, and MEP services.
- Experience supervising installation and maintenance teams.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment specifications.
- Valid UAE Driving License with the ability to travel to project sites and customer locations as required.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food processing, cold storage, logistics, or industrial facilities.
- Relevant HVAC/Refrigeration certifications.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and refrigeration controls.
