Network Security Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure across the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for protecting systems and data by managing firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage secure network architecture.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and web security solutions.
• Monitor network traffic and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to implement best practices.
• Maintain documentation and security policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in network and security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, or Check Point technologies.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and network protocols.
• Experience with SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and security monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with cloud networking and security in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
