System Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented System Analyst to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to improve systems, streamline processes, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams.
• Support system implementation, testing, and user training.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of system design, SDLC, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
