Technical Strategy & Architecture Lead
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Strategy & Architecture Lead to define and drive enterprise technology strategy and solution architecture.
In this role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to design scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures that support strategic initiatives and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define technology roadmaps and architecture standards.
- Lead solution architecture for complex business initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Ensure alignment with security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.
- Mentor architects and engineers and promote best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology strategy.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and distributed systems.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and modernization initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
